Monster Hunter Rise Where to Find Rampage Relics | CBR – CBR – Comic Book Resources
Monster Hunter Rise's Rampage Relics are the hardest to complete as they're spread out across locales, but they're essential for any completionist.
Relic Records are scattered throughout Monster Hunter Rise and contain messages about the area, monsters and even faction lore. While most of these are contained to each of the game's locales, a set is spread out across all of them. The Rampage Relics contain information specifically about the Rampage and the two Elder Dragons in the middle of it, but finding them is no easy task.
Relic Records reward the player for finding them all with statuettes of monsters found in each area, including the scattered Rampage Relics. They also count towards a guild card trophy for finding every Relic in the game. For retrieving them all, Kagero the Merchant located in the main area of Kamura Village, will reward you with statuettes of Wind Serpent Ibushi and Thunder Serpent Narwa. If you've gotten the rest of the collection so far, then you may as well finish it off for this in-game achievement.

In order of the messages themselves, the first Relic Record is found in the Shrine Ruins to the right of area 5's mountain and cliffs. As you climb up, you'll see various wooden structures, one of which is a wooden bridge facing area 4. Just east of it, higher up, is a wooden building. Climb up to it and follow its balcony around to the side where the bridge is visible. The Relic is waiting in the corner.
The second Relic Record is also in the Shrine Ruins and not far from the last one. Follow the mountains east or head up the ones by the corner of area 3. Up top is a Felyne camp and some large trees jutting out of the cliffside to the east. Climb the one behind the Felyne statue and follow it to the end to reach this Relic.
The next two Relic Records are located in the Frost Islands. This third one is located on a mountain peak just north of area 6. Climb up the northeastern cliffs and make your way to the skinniest part of the path between areas 6 and 9. Wirebug across the gap to a cliff on the other side, but make sure you'll land on it as you can't climb the ice. You'll find the relic by the frozen tree.

Rampage Relic four is west of area 6 this time, atop a trickier to reach mountain. Head south of area 6 and climb the cliff on the western side of the skinniest part of the path. Follow the path just north of some Sending Sprigs, colorful bushes containing Spiribirds, and keep heading in that direction behind the mountain. You'll come across a Great Wirebug, which will shoot you to the top of a mountain, where you'll find the fourth Relic Record.
Relic Records 5 and 6 will bring us to the Flooded Forest, and this first one is in area 2, next to the pyramid. Climb up the stairs to where the Great Wirebug is on the first platform and walk right on past it, letting your Hunter fall to a small area with a tree. Relic Record 5 will be waiting next to it.
The sixth Relic Record is located in the southern part of area 7, tucked away. Stand on the eastern cliffs of the area and face the wall south. Hiding between two trees is a small cave. Wirebug and climb up to it, where you'll find the Relic hiding inside with some mining nodes.

The next two Relic Records are located in the Sandy Plains. Rampage Relic 7 can be found here in the lower part of area 7. First, head to area 11 and drop down. If you landed in the muddy area, climb up to the higher portion just south and keep heading towards the wall. Just past a Great Wirebug, you'll find a small crack in the wall you can enter to find this Relic.
Relic Record 8 just happens to be right on top of the Main Camp. You'll notice it's under a rocky overhang, so climb your way up it from just north of it until you reach the top. Head south back towards the camp where you'll come across some trees. The southernmost one will have the Relic sitting next to it.
The final two Rampage Relics are in the Lava Caverns. Relic number 9 is located on the upper level of area 3. This is easiest to reach by heading east from Sub-Camp 2; otherwise, you'll need to climb the southern cliffs of area 3. There is one jutting out just below the upper mountain area that's visible from the ground or that can be dropped down to from them. On its edge is the Relic.
The final Rampage Relic (and in general if you've been collecting them all) is in a tricky-to-reach spot at the heart of the volcano. First, you'll need to head into the caverns and reach area 11. From there, head east into the lava portion, and just past the vines along the north wall is a hidden cave, next to a small lava flow. Crawl inside and climb the back ledge, then face east. Looking up, you'll see another cave hidden in the wall, reachable by climbing. Head through to the heart of the volcano and follow the path left to find the last Relic.
